We’re not theorists. We’re practitioners. Build Blueprint was created by a house builder who’s managed and delivered over 100 homes for both the private market and social housing.
We understand the stress, pressure and the unknowns when it comes to managing multiple projects. On a daily basis we deal with developers and landowners, quantity and monitoring surveyors, banks and lenders, architects and engineers, building and warranty inspectors. With our guidance pressures can be eased.

We’re unique as we have worked and continue to work at the coalface of building homes. We have a vast amount of experience in dealing with aspects of property development that don’t often get talked about - no show subcontractors, adverse weather, damaged deliveries, thieves and vandals, health and safety matters, cashflow issues and much more. Designed, built & sold a small new build housing development to a large regional housing association.
- 2020 - Hartlepool, Co. Durham
Principal Contractor - built a new residential housing estate of 69 homes including roads & sewers (Sections 38 & 104).
- 2024 - Hartlepool, Co. Durham
Principal Contractor - built Phase 1 of a new build residential housing estate of 41 homes including the remediation, adoptable roads & sewers.
- 2026 - Greenwich, London
Principal Contractor of a block of apartments.
