We have worked with many private developers in the past and successfully delivered over 100 homes.
Recently, we built a new residential housing estate of 69 homes including roads & sewers (Sections 38 & 104) for a private developer who sold the properties on the open market.
Social Housing
In 2017 we designed, built and sold a site of new build bungalows to a large regional housing association.
A Housing Estate Journey
The photos below show real on-site progress during the construction of our 69 home development, from groundworks through to completion.
After the planning conditions were satisfied we mobilised the site, carried out the site remediation and had the ground improvement completed.
We delivered the full site infrastructure package including adoptable highways and drainage (sections 38 and 104). This was followed by the installation of the mains services - water, gas, electric, media.
Each home was then built to the current Building Regulations and Warranty standards following the architect and structural engineer's detailed plans.
