2017 / 18: Social Housing Bungalow Scheme
Role: Developer and Builder
Scope: Design coordination, construction and sale of completed new-build bungalows to a regional housing association. A timelapse video was taken of the project and is available to view on this page.

2020 / 24: 110-Home Residential Housing Estate
Role: Principal Contractor for 85 homes
Scope: Full construction package - enabling works including remediation and vibro ground improvement, roads and sewers under Section 38 and Section 104 agreements, SuDS, mains services, direct delivery of 63 homes and principal contractor management of a subcontractor delivering a further 22 homes.

2026: 5-Storey Apartment Block
Role: Principal Contractor
Scope: Satisfy planning conditions, mobilisation, full construction package - substructure, superstructure including structural steel and light gauge steel, envelope, services inc fire safety and lift, internals, ground floor car park, handover.

2017 / 18 - Social Housing Bungalows

A Housing Estate Journey

The photos below show real on-site progress during our principal contractor delivery of 85 homes on the 110-home housing development, from groundworks through to completion.

After the planning conditions were satisfied we mobilised the site, carried out the site remediation and had the ground improvement completed.

We delivered the full site infrastructure package including adoptable highways and drainage (sections 38 and 104). This was followed by the installation of the mains services - water, gas, electric, media.

The homes were delivered in accordance with the applicable Building Regulations, approved designs and warranty provider requirements (LABC Warranty).
